Seriously, check out a dollar-type store if you're looking for holiday items. Many things are priced higher than a dollar but still a heck of a lot more reasonable than you would spend in a "regular" store. There was a huge variety of gift bags, wrapping paper & bows too.
This is the trifle bowl I filled with pumpkins & gourdes to decorate for Halloween... at least it's put to good use since I don't often bake.
Nothing like a cozy, glowy house to come home to at the end of a long, stressful day!

ReplyDeletetrifle's are the bomb you should really make them more often. i made one when we saw mike and jaysa last and mike devoured it. it was quite revolting! :) in a good way.
ReplyDeleteI just realized that I can hang ornaments from my kitchen light fixture too! My trifle bowl is huge though so maybe I'll look around for something smaller. I'm sure I have SOMETHING... I'll add this to my to do list this weekend! Maddy & Mikayla will enjoy it too!
